Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

MMAGPY has a no-questions-asked 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returned goods must remain in good condition, clean, unwashed, and unworn, with standard accessories and shipping such as a complete tag. If the goods are not defective, the puncture-type jewelry and gifts will not allow being returned.


Jewelry ordered from our official website cannot be returned at any in-store boutiques. The return fee for non-quality issues shall be borne by the customer.

2. Process of Return

(1) Contact customer service online to request a return.

Details: Log in to our official website to contact our customer service and inform us of the "My Order" number and select the items that need to be returned.

(2) Mail back the product and fill in the delivery tracking number online.

Details: Contact our customer service to get the return label, print this label then mail the return goods to our warehouse. At this time, log in to our official website to contact customer service and inform us of the express tracking number from the mailing service. We will complete the quality check of the product and process the refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.


Shipping fees for non-quality related returns will not be covered by the company. 

3. Exchange

We do not currently support an exchange service for our online products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange them for other products, you can return them as described above and separately purchase another product.
